iight right quick and fast, my five tracks i can't get outta my head right now.
#5. Kelly Clarkson: Already Gone
Already Gone - Kelly Clarkson
Everyone talks about how much this track reminds them of "Halo" from Beyonce, but i happen to love "Halo" so the similarities don't bother me. I love Kelly's voice on the track and her album is great.
#4. BoA: Girls on Top
Girls on Top - BoA
Now I already establish i love BoA, but this track caught me hella off guard. I kept saying the girl's voice wasn't all that good...but she shut me up real quick. She's got some range there, but her voice is very unique so it's hard to tell. However the vocals on this track got me wondering just what she's capable of.
#3. Kelis: Trilogy
Trilogy - Kelis
I told you i was feeling Kelis hard this week, and i wasn't kidding. The song has been heavy on rotation right along with all the new stuff i been listening to. Can't wait for a new project from her.
#2. Keri Hilson: Alienated
Alienated - Keri Hilson
As a songwriter i'm completely in love with this song. It's so smart, and everything she says fits right into the theme. Overall the track just feels good, and sounds like the perfect single for late summer. Keri's album "In a Perfect World" drops this week, make sure to go get a copy.
#1. J. Holiday: Forever Ain't Enough
Forever Aint Enough - J. Holiday
Now i feel bad, cause i havent sat down and listened to his album, which everyone is telling me is AMAZING. But its on my to-do list...in fact when i go this tuesday to get Keri's album, imma pick this one up (is it even out yet??). Anywho, this song somebody brought to my attention, and i fell in love with the track, J's voice soars and the song is beautiful. Def something to listen to with that special person in your life.
:::BONUS:::
bonus track today, i gotta admit i was addicted to Kanye West "Amazing" when it first dropped, and the track that Dream and X-tina did got me hella open. They put it down!!
The-Dream Feat. Christina Millian - Amazing (Remix) -
